We are able to film in a variety of forms, using both hand-held and aerial shots as well as property flythroughs and flyovers. Each production is carefully planned, styled and edited to capture the specific target market.

Enhanced flight performance that can glide through properties and fly over landscaped gardens.

We use custom built drones, to achieve maximum flight performance and capture cinematic quality visuals. The five series of drones individually perform different skills, with the ability of flying through small tight spaces or speeding over land up to 97mph. Each custom-made drone has the ability to carry a variety of cameras, including a 6K Red Komodo to capture optimum cinematic film and imagery.

This type of advanced filming provides real stand out footage, that reveals exclusive features of a property and the majestic views of the land and area that surrounds.

What is a 3D ‘walk-through’ virtual tour?

Our 3D virtual tours allow your audience to virtually walk through a property in their own time without actually visiting the location, enabling owners or agencies to sell off-site. A virtual platform that provides a perfectly staged 24/7 open house, right at the tip of the fingers.

Personalised tags can be selectively inserted throughout the 3D tour to inform viewers of key selling features (e.g. kitchen appliances, underfloor heating, bi-fold doors etc.). We can also integrate 360° views of the gardens into the tour, so viewers can fully visualise both the interior and exterior of the property.
